We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours if placed before 12pm on a week day. During sale periods and holidays, the delivery time will be longer to meet demand. We ship by first class Royal Mail, and will provide you with a proof of postage reference number. If ordering internationally, your package will be tracked and signed.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. The customer is liable for their own delivery costs to return the product in its original packaging.
